Our Training

We practice martial arts to evolve both mentally and physically. It is a way of life, and we have to balance all the aspects to gain the utmost benefits of martial arts. It arises in our hearts and ends up becoming a way to express ourselves both through our bodies and minds.

During the years we have been doing a lot of shows/events, fights and teaching all sorts of people, to help improve ourselves. Since we are still young and inexperienced we have a lot to learn, but we do not believe that knowledge surpass passion and willpower, or that knowledge is equal to intelligence.

Initially we began training both Taekwondo and Kickboxing. But since then, our training has expanded to include Kung Fu, Thai Boxing, Boxing, Karate, Tricking and trampoline and tumbling.

Now we are basically rooted in Kung Fu, but get inspiration from all of sorts of different ways to use our bodies. By doing so, we can optimize our everyday training.
